The F Zeen Group are looking to add an Executive Financial Officer someone to our finance department based in Athens. We are looking for someone that looks at this as a long-term career. The role will report directly to management.

The roles this job would include are:

  • Supervising the finance team.
  • Taking part in the reporting process, such as P&L, CC and projects of the Group.
  • An active role in setting the Group budget and looking at various financial performance metrics
  • Involved in monthly meetings with management and the finance team to discuss performance
  • Involved in monthly meeting with other departments to ensure targets are accurate and being met
  • Developing new reports as and when needed
  • Data input to the accounting system.

 

What skills and attributes we are looking for:

  • Accounting qualification
  • At least 10 years experience in relevant work areas, an experience in Hotel & Tourism industry will be an asset
  • Demonstratable experience of the ability to manage a team
  • Good understanding of Excel and ERP Systems
  • Organizational skills, attention to detail, critical mind and strong orientation
  • Flexible, team work spirit and a positive attitude to take over responsibilities

The F ZEEN Group are looking for a professional and experienced Food & Beverage Manager for the season 2022.

The Food and Beverage Manager will be responsible for managing all F&B operations and for delivering an excellent guest experience to a 5* Hotel in Kefalonia. The successful candidate will be able to forecast, plan and manage all F&B orders, staff and finance. The goal is to maximize sales and revenue through customer satisfaction and employee engagement.

The roles this job would include are:

  • Management of all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
  • Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
  • Design of exceptional menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements
  • Identification of customers’ needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
  • Leading F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel
  • Establishment of targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies and procedures
  • Compliance with all health and safety regulations
  • Reporting on management regarding sales results and productivity

What skills and attributes we are looking for:

  • Proven food and beverage management experience
  • Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS)
  • Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
  • Mastery in delegating multiple tasks
  • Communication and leadership skills
  • Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices
  • Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets
  • Guest-oriented and service-minded
  • Culinary school diploma or degree in food service management or related field
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
