DARK CHOCOLATE TRUFFLES

With a partner, with a friend, with your family, with a dog, with a hobby, with a job, with nature…   Whoever and Whatever that is for you, we hope you have an amazing Valentine’s day and find an excuse to treat yourself and your love!   F Zeen love’s suggestion is a simple and delicious recipe for Dark chocolate truffles.

Ingredients

165 ml coconut milk
300 gr dark chocolate,
70% cacao
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt 

Topping options

Cocoa powder Crushed nuts Coconut powder Icing sugar  

Directions

1. Melt chocolate in a bain marie on medium temperature and set aside.

2. Add the coconut milk to the chocolate, the vanilla extract and salt and then stir until the chocolate has completely melted. Cover with cling film directly on the surface (to avoid condensation) and refrigerate for 1-3 hours.

3. Once mix is solid you can start use a spoon to scoop equal portions of truffle, roll into balls, and place on a sheet tray to freeze again.

4. Take truffles and roll them in the topping until fully covered. Love F Zeen
