Exercise in the fresh outdoors at our two-terraced outdoor gym, finished to very high specifications
while overlooking the Ionian Sea.
Staying motivated can always be a challenge but with a wide variety of fitness
classes available to you in such a location, you won’t miss the chance to stay active when on vacation.
Daily fitness sessions in the outdoor gym and on the yoga decks
are offered complimentary as part of your stay with us.

The first floor focuses more on crossfit, calisthenics and body weight exercises with specialised equipment, including TRX suspension, boxing bag, skipping ropes and kettlebells.

On the second floor you will find Technogym treadmills, cross trainers and rowing machines.


Daily fitness classes take place in the outdoor gym and on the yoga decks. These can range from HIIT to functional training to stretching. Private lessons with our instructors upon request are also available.


The beachfront of the hotel is the ideal place for early morning jogging. The sandy beach provides the perfect terrain for confident runners.
Or you may prefer to simply walk along the beach as a refreshing way to start your day.


Reformer Pilates is a great way to strengthen your body and improve your balance.
It is a type of Pilates that uses mat-based Pilates techniques but also incorporates a Pilates reformer machine. These exercises lead to greater strength, flexibility & balance, which in turn improve posture, movement & mental health.
